Our soon to be new home!!!
Well for about four months ago we started off on the house hunt again. We found one than lost it found another and got it. "WOW" we said.... it has been a long escrow process and we close in a few days (if on time LOL). I am ready for it all to be over we are excited about our new house. It is a little on the smaller side but it works, it is two bedroom and one bath. It has huge backyard and we plan on maybe adding on someday. We will have a lower mortgage than rent which is much needed at this time in life. Everything kind of just fell into place which means we know this is the right house for us. We will be about 5 mins from my parents in Mo Val and are very excited about that. When I told Sariah about us living closer to Grandma she said "Yeah that is a great idea we should live closer to Grandma". Once we get escrow completely closed we have the adventure of putting up a fence, blinds and some closet organizers oh yeah move in (not my favorite part).

Congrats! That looks so nice! It is really fun living close to Grama. My parents just moved two doors down from us and I worried just a little, but it's awesome! So excited for you.
